Hi there, been trying to set up a 10k Pot for the flap lever. Wired it directly to the analog pins on the board, and calibrated the lever successfully, but I noticed the lever does not follow the detents and sometimes skips positions, tried recalibration and still the lever does not follow all detents and skips positions, is there any further way I can calibrate the flap lever position to fine tune the positions ?

Please read the information below on this page:

In X-Plane   any virtual model  has predefined number of the flap lever detents.
And all value range (0.00 to 1.00) is always divides to this number linearry!

I.t if your plane has 6 detents, the  values are 1 / 5  = 0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8, 1.00

So, if you have detents gave not at equal distance between them, you need to make a lever with several resistors, not a single potentiometer or with several button on the multiplexer digital inputs (see the diagrams in the page above)

Thanks a lot, that was a very informative tab, shall modify my hardware accordingly.
